Raise a ticket
To Facilitate seamless issue resolution, we have implemented a support system to accept tickets of your problems for effortless communication of your concerns and allowing us to provide swift and effective solutions for a hassle-free experience.
Follow the below steps to raise your ticket and concern to us:
1) Click Here to open our web app on your browser
2) When logging in for the first time, choose Forgot Password option
3) Enter your username and reset the password (Need help with your username? Contact Us)
4) Temporary password is password
5) Once the password is reset successfully, login to your profile
6) From left menu option click on Tenant Services >>> Requests
7) Fill out our user-friendly form by starting to select a category of your problem from the drop down.
8) Provide detailed information about your issue, or query.
9) If you wish to share with any relevant documents or screenshots for better understanding of the situation and help us resolve the problem quickly, upload it as a file.
9) Else, press the “Save” button, to submit your query to us.
Our dedicated support team will promptly review your ticket and work diligently to provide you with the best possible solution. Rest assured, our commitment to your satisfaction remains unwavering.
